Most shipments are sent USPS with tracking.

We are happy to ship your products worldwide. Shipping is calculated on product size, weight, and destination. If shipping internationally your purchase price will be declared on the customs form.

 Yes! If you are the original purchaser of a Green Chile Adventure Gear LLC product you have a lifetime warranty against any manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or use of the product outside of its intended purpose. This warranty only covers products manufactured by Green Chile Adventure Gear LLC.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you can return it to Green Chile Adventure Gear LLC for a replacement, repair, or refund. Any damage due to wear and tear will be repaired for a reasonable fee.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Sezzle. 

Sezzle is a way to purchase using a payment plan with 0% interest.
